This is from a trip to Flagstaff that Chris and I took in 2006 for my Birthday. We are standing at the top of the ski lift at Snowbowl, which is 9500 ft. While Chris and I want to hike to the top of Mt. Humphreys someday, I think this is just about as high as I have ever been with my feet still on the ground.

I spy, with my little eye, something small, red & white. Can you see it? We took the boys to Saguaro Lake for the day last weekend. Here they are looking for fish. Chris took this picture.

Chris took this picture St. Patrick's Day 2007. It is of a good friend of ours, Jane Hilton, playing with her band, the Waywards. The fiddle is one of the most beautiful wooden instruments in my eyes. Watching her play is mesmerizing.

There were a couple reasons I chose this photo. The first is the way the light plays on the boys faces. The second is because they are mid-jump, it looks like they are as light as air and floating away.
