Return to Krista's Korner

"Each of us must come to care about everyone else's children. We must recognize that the well being of our own children is intimately linked to the well being of all other people's children. After all, when one of our children needs life-saving surgery, someone else's child will perform it. When one of our children is harmed by violence, someone else's child will commit it. The good life for our own children can be secured only if it is also secured for all other people's children. But to work for the well being of all children is not just a practical matter-- it is also right!" - Lilian G. Katz, Phd.

Blogging Drunk

So, two glasses of an excellent 2001 Capri I brought home from my class reunion later, I am quite tipsy. What a better time to blog, eh?

I am drunk enough to shed the whole Pollyanna thing. I will be back to normal tomorrow, and this post may even disappear. But right now, I have one thing to say.

I don't know what I did in a past life to deserve this life. I don't know why I have to have the life that no one can actually believe is real. I am tired. I want a break. I want things to be, if not easy, at least not hard for once.

That is all.

Edit: Woke up this morning (No hangover) and decided to keep the post, but edit the language. I try to keep this blog PG-13 :P
