Return to Krista's Korner

"Each of us must come to care about everyone else's children. We must recognize that the well being of our own children is intimately linked to the well being of all other people's children. After all, when one of our children needs life-saving surgery, someone else's child will perform it. When one of our children is harmed by violence, someone else's child will commit it. The good life for our own children can be secured only if it is also secured for all other people's children. But to work for the well being of all children is not just a practical matter-- it is also right!" - Lilian G. Katz, Phd.

Hanging with my boys

NaBloPoMo- Day 25

Today was a rollercoaster of a day. It had delicious moments, and ones I am not too proud of.

Brunch with Chris, Hanging out with my kids- beauty.

Going psycho because I couldn't get Katamari to work when it was my game and I hadn't had a chance to play it, not so hot. The kids hid, and I didn't even yell, just muttered under my breath about disrespect and "Why can't I have nice things".

But, they helped out, and look what we got done:

Isn't it pretty!!!

Now we just need to keep it that way so I can get my Christmas village set up.

And then we made progress on this:

I think we might get it done.

Now to bed! There is homework to be done, and life to live. I will kick depression in its rear! Hopefully, I can put back together the mess it is leaving my life in.
