Return to Krista's Korner

"Each of us must come to care about everyone else's children. We must recognize that the well being of our own children is intimately linked to the well being of all other people's children. After all, when one of our children needs life-saving surgery, someone else's child will perform it. When one of our children is harmed by violence, someone else's child will commit it. The good life for our own children can be secured only if it is also secured for all other people's children. But to work for the well being of all children is not just a practical matter-- it is also right!" - Lilian G. Katz, Phd.

Happy Saint Patrick's Day

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
The rain fall soft upon your fields
And, until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.

March is: Irish-American Heritage Month

Today, March 17 is: St. Patrick's Day

It had been a while since I have written anything.  Today is an appropriate day to write.  Saint Patrick's Day has long held a special place in my heart.  Aidan was due on this day.  It is a day to celebrate our heritage (and it is NOT a day to drink green beer-  ICK!).

The month is flying by.  I have started E-baying.   Things are not really selling yet, but I have hope!   Last night was my Board of Directors training for FIC.  We went to the Saint Patrick's Day Parade on Sat.   I have missed 2 PT appts in a row.  1st on was because the staff person didn't show up until 9.  Yesterday, I spaced the day & time.  Thought it was today.  Oh Well, life goes on.

Run, run, run... got to go and get stuff done.
